What is the difference?
EPS 14g
EPS 15g
EPS 15,5
EPS 20g

Or PVC core?

What this cores make a better sup?

As I understand it,
1 pound = .453 kg  EPS foam ----- Very light, not strong, dents to the touch  ( good for race boards, needs a strong glass job)
1.5 pound = .68 kg EPS foam ------ light, a little easier to shape and work with. ( good for surf SUP's)
2 pound  = .9 kg EPS  foam ------ twice the weight of 2 lbs  ;) even stronger. even better to shape with (heavy board though)

PVC is usually a layer of lamina and / or a "T" shaped extrusion used as a stringer.

There are different variations of EPS  as well. Some manufacturers heat mold their own EPS shapes. They are able to vary the density throughout the board. The hardened surface of the blank adds water resistance.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

Thanks, so the best option is the 15 or 15,5?
Starboard use the 15
Coreban use the 15,5

What this cores is water resistance?

Thanks
