Correct, 2015 no longer has the black nose cone. 2015 does have a wheeled bag.

Did you consider the 2015 Red Paddle Co 14' Elite? Starboards pump to 18psi, Reds pump to 25psi. Red has a wheel bag as well, but much nicer.
