Dave Daum   shaped it , I watched it is being vacuum bagged now and should be done it 2 weeks   I will report on then in the  mean time  . I can't wait / it looks better in real life.   so I  have to choose a color for the deck I am leaning toward  white or blue.    grey deck pad  black in the bottom and the rails. If you  want to get a board shaped Dave is the guy the carbon  board is less that most other regular boards.

That's great... Dave is as stoked as we are and you can tell he absolutely loves his product.

He sent me a nice CAD of a Crossover. I did not go that route, but I am keeping him in mind to make me a "Longboard" SUP.
His riders really surf his boards with a flowing longboard style mixed in with a High performance edge... different...and to me...more appealing than the rip/slash school.

All that means is... his design theory creates boards that are ridden with snappy turns mixed with classic style.... Dave is a great choice to build you an AWESOME board.

I'd love to see the finished product... post more pics when done.

PS... Black... whew... better not leave it upside down on your racks' !

What is ballpark $$ for a similarly sized board in carbon from DD?

Your board looks awesome!  How much nose rocker is there? Hard to tell from the pics.
Do you surf beachbreaks? reefs?

here it is Right now I am using 2 turbo tunnels for fins and will switch them out later, I put  regular boxes in  instead of the   fcs or futures so I can shape and trade out fins.  Tomorrow surf

Finished product look SO nice!
So.... how is it?
Haven't seen much about it since delivery.
I am real eager to here how the light weight and nice "V" loosen up a board of those dimensions & volume.
I hope you love it and just don't have time to post.

The only thing I would absolutely do to that board is add a good Stomp pad and arch bar at the tail.

I do love it it surfs very well and it is loose in the turns still playing with fins and am about to set it  as a quad. Since I got the board  haven't had any time to surf  except for when it was really junky trashy  and confused. ironically  I got some decent waves  can't wait for  a glassyday.
